Dan Pelosi's "Let's Eat" Cookbook Signing Party

Mark your calendars! Dan Pelosi (aka @grossypelosi) is coming to Little King in Beacon, New York on Sunday October 1st, 2023 from 5-6pm. He'll be signing his cookbook "Let's Eat" and we'll be serving complimentary bites and drinks inspired by his book.
This is a limited ticketed event and we expect this to sell out quickly so act fast! "Let's Eat" releases on September 5, 2023 and you are welcome to pick up the book prior to the event. We'll have additional copies for sale at the event as well!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 5, 3-7pm - Bé Bêp Baby Kitchen - Vietnamese
Bé Bêp Baby, Phoebe Tran will be coming to Little King for a popup on Saturday, August 5th from 3-7pm offering Beacon her authentic and diverse Vietnamese cuisine! She is widely known for her pop-ups throughout Brooklyn and LA, serving at crowd favorites such as Honey’s Brooklyn, Ha’s Dac Biet, and Brooklyn Grange.
Cooked meals rooted in Phoebe’s culture will be prepared and served at the shop. A bar menu will be served for walk ins from 3-7pm and a full dinner for two as a preorder for pick up from 5-7pm. She has spent a lot of time in Vietnam researching and cultivating food in order to share her experience and passion for cooking with you! Highly recommend ordering ahead for the preorder dinner!

Need some new tools or gardening equipment? Yuns is a hardware shop that specializes in fine tools for your every basic need! They offer tools that are made well and stand the test of time.

JUNE 26, 5:30-7:30pm - "Danny Loves Pasta" Book Tour Launch Party
We will be throwing a book tour launch party celebrating Beacon resident and friend of the shop Danny Freeman's new book, “Danny Loves Pasta” which officially releases the following day! @dannylovespasta
Danny Freeman is known for his creative creations of pasta, mixing vegetable and herbs into the dough to create fun colors, and experimenting with new pasta shapes and sauces. MAY 5, 2023 6-8pm - Natasha Pickowicz - "More Than Cake" Book Launch with special guest Colu Henry
We are counting down the days till our event with @natashapickowicz and her new book "More Than Cake" on Friday May 5th at Little King! All ticket sales will be donated to the Brigid Alliance, one of the few national organizations that provides support to people who need to travel to abortion care. If you follow Natasha's work you know that community organizing and activism is a huge part of her daily life. One week ago she organized a bake sale in NYC that raised over $30,000 for The Brigid Alliance! By getting other chefs and bakers involved she's been able to raise over $180k+ for organizations like Brigid Alliance and Planned Parenthood - who serve the growing number of people whose right to reproductive healthcare is limited by systemic oppression, misinformation, campaigns, restrictions, and bans.
We are excited to welcome a true angel into our space with a thoughtful Q+A with @coluhenry.
